Affiliate Terms

1. Program Overview
The ScrollFinder Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new customers to ScrollFinder. Affiliates earn 50% recurring commission on all referred subscriptions.
2. Eligibility
Anyone can apply to become a ScrollFinder affiliate. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our discretion. Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 50% recurring commission on each referred customer's subscription payments for as long as the customer maintains an active subscription. Commissions are calculated based on the net subscription amount after any discounts.
4. Tracking and Attribution
Referrals are tracked through unique affiliate links. A 60-day cookie window is used for attribution. The last-click model is used when multiple affiliates are involved.
5. Payment
Commissions are paid monthly, with a minimum payout threshold of $50. Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal. Commissions have a 30-day hold period before becoming eligible for payout.
6. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates may not use spam, misleading advertising, or any deceptive practices to generate referrals. Self-referrals are not permitted. Bidding on ScrollFinder branded keywords in paid search campaigns is prohibited.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, pending commissions that have passed the hold period will still be paid. Violations of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Affiliate Terms, including commission rates, at any time with 30 days notice. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
